*** 4th March 2021 Update ***

Following the Government accouncement of the Tier 4 lockdown from the 30th December 2020, and now further extended with the National Lockdown on the 5th January 2021, we have had to continue with the closure of our premises to the public fronted side of the business.

However this time if you are local, you can  book the repair you require on our website and safely drop off and collect with ZERO social distancing issues.

This means that you will have no contact with a member staff, but allows for you to get essential equipment repaired during the lockdown.

All repairs via our website are running as normal, with turn around times not affected.

Monday - Friday 09:30 - 17:30

Saturday and Sunday - Closed

How to book a repair via our website or if you are local is explained below

Repairs via our website

We are still continuing with our Online repairs as usual, you can use all of our courier options Collect Plus, Parcel Force and Royal Mail shipping options.

This is the Ideal solution to keep your family and yourself safe during this 3rd National Lockdown.

Booking a repair via our website, is the perfect solution for the social distancing and the stay at home policy we all have to adhere to through this Covid 19 situtation.

Our turnaround time is not affected by the lockdown.

Our Courier Options

Parcel Force 24 Post Office Drop off 
This allows you to drop off your boxed faulty item at your local Post Office in your area, we will email you the shipping label to attach to the box.
The benefit of this service against the Collect Plus option we offer is that this is a Next working Day delivery service (Mon - Fri)
Once your equipment is repaired, it will then be sent back to the address on your order via Parcel Force 24 (Next working day service (Mon - Fri).
Parcel Force 24 Courier Collection / Delivery
This service will collect your faulty equipment from the address you specified when you placed the order on our website (You will need to box up your faulty item, ensuring its well packaged).

Your equipment is repaired and then sent back to the same address via the Parcel Force next day courier service (Mon - Friday).

This service means that you are not having to leave your home and put your family members or yourself at risk of infection, whilst having a faulty item repaired.

Collect Plus / Parcel Force Delivery 
This allows you to drop off your boxed faulty item at a drop off point in your area, we will send you a shipping label to attach to your box. 
This service talkes 3 - 5 days to be delivered to our premises.
Once your equipment is repaired and then sent back to the address on your order via the Parcel Force next day service (Mon - Friday).

Local Repairs (Book the repair via our website or Book a Covid Safe drop off by telephone) 

If you are local, then you can book the repair on our website, select the "Covid 19 - Customer Drop Off / Collect" in the shipping options when you are completing your order.

You will then be contacted by a staff member during our opening hours, to give you an appointment to drop off your faulty equipment.

You can also telephone us on 01204 388557, our telephone lines are diverted, but this means you will still be able to speak to a member of staff and book a Covid safe drop off for your faulty equipment.

Requirements for Covid Safe drop off

We require you to write your contact details, name, address and telephone number on a piece of paper.
Then when you arrive at our premises, at your appointed time, please knock on the door.
A staff member will take your faulty equipment and contact details from you at the door.

You MUST NOT enter our premises!!

This will be a strict appointment time and if missed then the drop off will be cancelled.

We will have all of your contact details from the online order you placed on our website.


Collection will be exactly the same as dropping off your equipment, a member of staff will call you to arrange an appointment to enable you to collect your equipment after the repair. This appointment is a strict appointment so please be on time.

If the appointment time is not met, then the collection will be cancelled.
