All Console Wizards repairs are covered under a 3 month warranty or 6 months for a reball repair.

If we have repaired an LCD screen on a Tablet or Phone and the item is returned back to us with a cracked or damaged screen, then this is classed as damage and will not be covered under any warranty (this is the same as any Manufacturer or retailer).
If an RGH console is purchased from us and it is found that the KV or NAND has been changed on the console, then the repair will be classed as a Bricked console and the repair charge for the repair will be chargeable.
All serial numbers have been recordered at the time of repair, if it is found that your console is not under warranty or the fault is different from your original repair, then you will be liable for the full cost of repairing the fault and the difference of fee for the collection and delivery.
The warranty we provide is not a rolling warranty and is valid from the date of the original repair, so any repairs carried out during your warranty period, do not start the warranty again from the start.
We offer a reduced shipping rate to return your console back to us for repair, this covers the collection and delivery after your console has been repaired.

I sent my PS3 off for a re-balling service which was completed over Easter (see my other review). I didn't have my PS3 back long before it died on me again, so I immediately used Console Wizard's warranty repair service. Now, what I didn't expect was for a representative to ring me the next day apologising that I hadn't had the console back very long before it broke again. He was extremely polite and offered to pay the shipping return fee as this had happened so soon after I got it back. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the call and the shipping refund offer.
I now have the console back with me in good working order so I am a happy customer again. Thanks Console Wizard :-)
After a first fix on my xbox one, it turned out that the damage was more extensive than the engineers first realised. It was great being able to use the warranty repair service - the Console Wizard engineers repaired the console and explained what they fixed to stop the cascade of faults that were occurring. Would definitely use again.
