If your warranty claim is within seven days of your original repair, then the shipping costs are covered by ourselves.
If the warranty claim is over this seven day period, then shipping costs are payable for the warranty claim.
If the warranty sticker is damaged or removed, then the warranty is Void
An original HDMI or Charger port repair - if the port is damaged, then this would be classed as a new repair, as this is damaged and not a failure of the new port fitted by ourselves.
If we have repaired an LCD screen on a Tablet or Phone and the item is returned back to us with a cracked or damaged screen, then this is classed as damage and will not be covered under any warranty (this is the same as any Manufacturer or retailer).
If an RGH console is purchased from us and it is found that the KV or NAND has been changed on the console, then the repair will be classed as a Bricked console and the repair charge for the repair will be chargeable.
All serial numbers have been recordered at the time of repair, if it is found that your console is not under warranty or the fault is different from your original repair, then you will be liable for the full cost of repairing the fault and the difference of fee for the collection and delivery.
**Note**
The warranty we provide is not a rolling warranty and is valid from the date of the original repair, so any repairs carried out during your warranty period, do not start the warranty again from the start.
We offer a reduced shipping rate to return your console back to us for repair, this covers the collection and delivery after your console has been repaired.

Very easy to book repairs, discounted courier collection, unbelievable repair work
great easy to use warranty repair service, you dont even need to print the label, the courier brings that, also the guys at consolewizard dont call you saying we cant or there are extra costs, the repairs they done on my rgh xbox 360e was unbelievable literally, the console went from not booting up anymore to booting up instantly everytime, i will update my warranty if possible to an extra year, next time i need a console i will only come here, thanks consolewizard the console is better than ever!
