                                    BGA Rework system

    The problem is caused because the solder underneath the Graphics Processor has become brittle and cracked.

    Due to the fact that all manufacturers have to use UNLEADED solder, over time and in situations that become very hot (Graphics Processor), the solder cracks.

    If this happens, then the Graphics Processor is not connecting properly to the motherboard and requires to be re soldered to correct the problem.

    We have six computer controlled BGA Rework systems that we use to re solder the sensitive BGA chips back to motherboards, to exact manufacturers specifications.

    We operate a "No Fix No Fee" Policy, so if the re solder of your MacBook's mother board doesn't fix the problem, then you will have your repair fee refunded.

    Our repair is covered by a Three month warranty.
