Nintendo Switch Blue Screen of Death CPU Repair

Our fully trained engineers will strip down your Nintendo Switch and replace the faulty motherboard then carry out the work required to repair this fault.

This fault is normally caused after the console has been dropped, this causes problems with the connections underneath the CPU or Memory chips on the motherboard, this can either be cracked solder balls under the chips or worst case scenario the drop will actually tear the tracks from the motherboard that the chip is soldered to.

The work involves removing the chip that is causing the problem, applying new solder balls to the chip, repairing any damaged to the motherboard that the original drop has caused, then re solder the chip back to the motherboard.

Once carried out and re installed into the console, the engineers will test the repaired motherboard to ensure that the console is fully working.

This repair is covered by a Three month warranty for your peace of mind.

    ** Note **

There are cases were the drop damage causes substancial damage to the motherboard meaning a repair is not possible.

If this is the case, then an engineer would contact you and give the option of returning your Nintendo Switch unfixed and refund the repair fee (minus a £20 fee to cover the time that this majpr repair requires) or a new replacement motherboard.

If a new motherboard was requested, there would be a additional cost payable, but a replacement motherboard would mean that your games save would be lost as the board would be a brand new motherboard.

    Quick and easy.

I sent off my switch and had it back and fully working within a few days, which meant I could get my trapped Pokémon saves back.
