    good but no luck

    Sent my switch to them after using a non-nintendo charger which fried the machine. Although they identified there's been chips/battery that got fried pretty quickly, the attempt to fix it with new battery and new chip took almost two weeks. This was due to the shop had a faulty internal system at the same time, the delay was understandable. After fixing attempt the system still won't start therefore declare unfixable by the engineer. However when requested to have the console send back with the board outside the case it got mixed up and i received not my original case back which lead to another exchange later on. The whole process was a bit frustrated but still received good communication from staff (especially from Mark) through out. Thank you.
