    Select this option if you are unsure what the problem is with your console.

    We will investigate the fault with your console using the latest diagnostic test equipment and fault finding techniques to identify the fault with your console.

    We will then telephone you with our findings and give you a break down of the cost to the repair your console.

    The inspection fee will be deducted from the repair price, making the inspection free if you proceed with the repair.


    If you decide not to proceed with the repair, then the console will be returned back to you with no extra charges.


    You only pay for the repair, when the work is completed and fully tested.

    Excellent experience!

    Absolutely professionals. I contacted them before I send the console, asking a couple of questions to which they responded honestly and accurately. When I eventually decided to send my console to be repaired they were very clear on communicating what was wrong with it and, in case I wanted to continue with the repair, how much extra I had to pay. Also they were super speedy - I don't know if I was lucky and caught them in a "low season", but I sent them the console on Tuesday and 3 days later on Friday I got it back. Cheers Michael!

    Diagnosis and repair

    I have previously used Console Wizard to fix a Yellow Light of Death on my PS3 - they did a great job. So when the console was turning off from overheating, I didn't hesitate to use them again. They fixed my over-heating issue and honoured my discount token from my previous service. Whenever I have spoken to Mark on the phone, it is like talking to a friend rather than a corporate representative. Thanks Console Wizard for another great service and for saving my beloved console!
