I have had my xbox 360 slim since it came out and it was sadly starting to go and as I didn't feel confident enough to take it apart myself to clean it so I started looking online and found Console Wizard. After checking to see what I had to do I duly sent it off and the turnaround was excellent (3 days start to finish) and my xbox is now quieter and running much better I would absolutely recommend.
