The standard price is £99.99 before postage. Existing eligible account discounts are applied by the website and remain unchanged.
If the attempted repair is unsuccessful, only £20 is retained and the remaining repair payment is refunded. A separately booked £20 diagnosis is credited against an agreed repair. We contact you before undertaking additional chargeable work.
Checks, Warranty & Your Data
After replacement and reassembly, we check the repaired charging connection and the MacBook Air charging behaviour. Repairs carry the stated three-month warranty, subject to the applicable terms. Unrelated faults and new accidental damage are outside that repair warranty.
Operating-system installation and data recovery are not included. Tell us about important files and any access requirements before the repair. We cannot guarantee data preservation. If another fault prevents operation, it requires a separate assessment rather than an assumed charging-port fix.
