Console Wizard Warranty Repairs

All successful Console Wizard repairs include a 3-month repair warranty covering the original fault repaired.

If the same fault returns during the warranty period, our engineers will inspect your equipment and, where the fault is confirmed to be covered by the original repair warranty, carry out the necessary warranty repair.

Warranty return shipping is free if the fault is reported within 7 days of receiving your repaired equipment back. After 7 days, customers are responsible for return shipping, with a reduced warranty shipping rate available.

The warranty applies to the original repaired fault only and does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, software-related problems or unrelated faults. The warranty runs from the date of the original repair and is not restarted or extended following a warranty repair.
