The service includes the dismantling required for replacement, reassembly and typing checks. It does not include a screen, trackpad, battery or motherboard, or a full internal maintenance service. We do not promise to fix unrelated faults under a keyboard booking.

The standard service price is £119.99 before postage. The existing eligible Eligible group pricing is shown on the product page.
If the attempted repair is unsuccessful, only £20 is retained and the remaining repair payment is refunded. A separately booked £20 diagnosis is credited against an agreed repair. We contact you before undertaking additional chargeable work.
Typing Checks, Warranty & Your Data
After reassembly, we check keyboard response and typing operation. Repairs carry the stated three-month warranty, subject to the applicable repair terms. It does not cover an unrelated fault or new accidental damage.
Operating-system installation and data recovery are not included. Please tell us about important files and any access requirements before work begins. We cannot guarantee data preservation. A keyboard repair cannot reverse unrelated damage or renew every ageing component in the Mac.
