We do not claim that every replacement battery is manufactured by Apple, or that the service returns an older computer to new condition. A keyboard, trackpad, screen, charging port or logic-board replacement is not included, nor is a full internal maintenance service.

If the attempted repair is unsuccessful, only £20 is retained and the remaining repair payment is refunded. A separately booked £20 diagnosis is credited against an agreed repair. We contact you before undertaking additional chargeable hardware work.
Charging Checks, Warranty & Your Data
After replacement and reassembly, we check battery recognition and charging operation. Repairs carry the stated three-month warranty, subject to the applicable repair terms. Unrelated faults or new accidental damage are outside that repair warranty.
Actual runtime depends on the model, applications, workload and settings. We do not promise a fixed number of hours from a replacement battery.
