If the attempted repair is unsuccessful, only £20 is retained. Where a separately booked £20 diagnosis leads to an agreed repair, that diagnosis payment is credited against the repair. We contact you before carrying out additional chargeable hardware work.
Checks After Installation
We check startup and operation of the installed macOS before returning the Air. A software installation cannot renew ageing components or prevent an unrelated hardware fault. Please tell us about previous repairs and recurring problems so they can be considered during assessment.
