If our engineer diagnoses the fault and you decide that you do not want the repair carried out, the console will be returned unrepaired.

The £20 diagnostic fee remains payable because the engineering and diagnostic work has already been completed.

There is no additional repair charge simply because you decide not to proceed.

What if the Nintendo 3DS Cannot Be Repaired?

Unfortunately, not every faulty Nintendo 3DS can be economically or successfully repaired.
