    Have you damaged your Playstation 5 (PS5) Network port or socket as a result of the console being dropped or the cable not being inserted correctly?

    This can result in pins inside the socket being bent or damaged. This will stop the console find your Ethernet connection.

    We only use an ACTUAL PS5 Ethernet port to carry out the repair.

    Our engineers will remove the faulty or damaged HDMI port from the Playstation 5 main board and replace this with a brand new ACTUAL PS5 Ethernet (network)  port, getting you gaming again quickly.

    After a Ethernet Socket repair it is always advisable to replace your LAN Lead also, just incase the cable is damaged or what caused the port damage in the first place.
