Diagnosis, Repair Limits and Charges
We check the reported PSP 1000 fault before replacing parts or attempting recovery. Similar symptoms can arise from a different component, liquid damage or previous repair damage. Tell us about any earlier work so we can assess the condition accurately. If additional work outside this booked service is required, we contact you with the findings and price before proceeding. A full internal service is not included in this repair price.
If the repair is unsuccessful, unrepairable or declined after assessment, only a £20 diagnostic and engineering fee is retained. This is credited against a repair that proceeds. Postage remains separate. A successful repair includes a three-month warranty on the original repaired fault from the repair date; unrelated faults and new accidental damage are outside that warranty.
