    Great all round service and communication throughout - unfortunately the fault found could not be repaired, however, a full refund was offered and a ful description of the issue was discussed during their phone call to me. Item was back in my posssession 4 days after sending. Keep it up.

    Brilliant Service !!!!

    I was told by another company that my console was unfixable and had to be sent back to Microsoft for repair. The console was totally dead. After Speaking to Console Wizard, they suggested their "Diagnose" option. I received a phone call one day after they confirmed receipt stating they could repair my console. I paid for the repair over the phone by credit card and received my console back the next day - FIXED !! - Thank you !!
