Once the fault has been diagnosed, we contact you with an explanation of the problem and the cost of the appropriate repair.
The £20 diagnostic fee is deducted from the final repair price if the repair proceeds successfully.
If the laptop is not repaired, the £20 diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
