If the problem you ave with your Laptop is not listed on our website, then please select this option.
This will allow our engineers to diagnose the problem with your Laptop and then an engineer will contact you with an explanation of the problem and the cost to repair your laptop.

If you select this option, once your Laptop arrives at our workshops, an engneer will start by running Diagnostics at your Laptop to determine the cause of the problem.
They will also give your laptop a full visual inspection, if the problem is not an internal problem or your laptop is totally dead.
Once the engineers are confident of the cause of the problems with your laptop, an engineer will contact you with a explanation of the problem and the cost to repair your laptop.

If your laptop is liquid damaged, please select the "liquid" damaged option in the Laptop repair section.
