Laptop Fault Diagnose Diagnostic Service explained

Select this option if you are unsure what the problem is with your Laptop.

We will investigate the fault with your Laptop using the latest diagnostic test equipment and fault finding techniques to identify the fault with your Laptop.

We will then telephone you with our findings and give you a break down of the cost to the repair your Laptop.

The inspection fee will be deducted from the repair price, making the inspection free if you proceed with the repair.


If you decide not to proceed with the repair, then the Laptop will be returned back to you with no extra charges.


You only pay for the repair, when the work is completed and fully tested.

If we are unable to repair your Laptop then the inspection fee is non refundable.

If our engineers can repair your Laptop, then the inspection fee is deducted from the actual repair fee.
