Recovering Data from the Failed Drive

Yes, where required we install a compatible Windows operating system as part of the standard replacement service.
Will my old files be transferred automatically?
Only if the original drive remains readable and the data can be recovered. A mechanically or electronically failed hard drive may prevent some or all data from being recovered.
Would an SSD be better than another hard drive?
For most compatible laptops an SSD provides substantially faster access times and improved responsiveness. If performance is important, our SSD upgrade service may be a better option.
Can I choose a larger hard drive?
Yes, subject to compatibility. Larger-capacity drives may increase the final repair price.
