My son's DS stopped being able to read some (but not all) of his games. I was advised that this was most likely caused by a cartridge slot fault. Communication was excellent with regular updates. I received the DS back very quickly in full working order and it now reads all of his games again. I can thoroughly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

My son's 3DS XL developed a fault a couple of days after the warranty ran out; he has persevered with the device, playing simple downloaded games and the Mario cart game that was pre installed.
