PS4 Playstation 4 (Original) Console only

Amazing company

I ordered two reconditioned ps4's for my children for Christmas. Was quite dubious ordering 2nd hand from the 'unknown'. Placed my order which had to come in two different parcels due to weight so had to pay 2 lots of shipping. I decided after placing the order to upgrade one of the consoles so emailed customer services to request the upgrade. The company responded promptly and instead of carrying out the annoying process of refunding one then processing the new amount (which always leaves you short in your bank until the refund hits) they simply charged the difference! They then rang to say there had been an error and that it could go out in one parcel so refunded me £9.50 shipping cost. What a breathe of fresh air to find a genuine, honest company! Hubby will set them up over the weekend to test but I already know, without any hesitation that if there is a problem these guys will put it right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and hope that this awful year hasn't affected you too badly, although I'm in Lincolnshire so not local I will continue to use and support your company. Thank you my boys will be over the moon!

Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy. After a slight delay in delivery and messaging to check on my order they offered to up the ps4 to 1TB with no extra charges. Would definitely come back and buy again
