    Super Slim PS3 Yellow Light of Death YLOD Reflow repair

    The most common cause for this fault is when the UNLEADED solder on under the CPU and RSX chip cracks, this is due to the solder breaking down due to heat stress. It can also be caused by the RSX or CPU chip itself actually failing, if this is the case then a reball is required.

    We repair this fault using our Computer controlled Dark Infrared BGA rework stations, these safely re solder (reflow) the main board to exact manufacturers specifications. This ensures that your consoles main board is not damaged or stressed during this process.
