I am happy to award full marks to Console Wizard who were able to breathe life into a very ancient Hudl which enabled the recovery of many photographs of great value to me. A complicated repair was done swiftly and effectively and at a very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful over the 'phone and I am particularly grateful to Mark for the advice he gave me. It took over a month and several phone calls.(some 14 days to arrive there,with a company called Collect Plus).
But in the end the repair,and cost, was satisfactory.
