    Xbox 360 slim - Fans would run at max speed

    Firstly, I would like to say thank you to the team as the issue I had with my xbox 360 slim which would run on max fan speed on boot is now resolved. The engineer involved has helped resolve this problem by re-applying thermal paste and reseating the clamps which has resolved the problem. The team was very professional and honestly this place is my go-to repair service. Totally recommended.

    from zero to hero

    Had a RGH console that refused to boot at all. The guys at console wizard managed to not only repair the console, but it now pretty much instant boots! Also spent some 1on1 advice on further things I didn't know. great stuff!

    Excellent service

    I’ve had this Xbox 7 years and when it broke I found console wizard online and they took the Xbox in and run a diagnostic test to see what the problem was. It’s a fast service and well priced! I was expecting to pay more so I’m very happy that I don’t have to buy a new one! The communication with the company has been open and easy.
