Our engineers can check the integrity of the internal hard disk, by running diagnostics  to determine if the problem is due to a failing hard disk or corrupt system files / partitions on the internal hard disk.

If the hard disk is the problem, then the engineers will telephone you as there is an additional fee to replace the faulty hard disk.

If the hard disk is not the problem then our engineers will rebuild the system files and ensure your console is running on the very latest system files getting you running again.
