    Customer service is not dead

    Console Wizard repaired my Xbox One in 30 minutes whilst I waited. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful Don't hesitate using Console Wizard A++++++++

    Highly Recommended !

    I highly recommend this company, the best company I have dealt with online. I found this company whilst searching for an alternative to sending my Xbox One away to Microsoft, I was a little nervous, but they explained I could bring my console down in person to their premises. They repaired my console whilst I waited, they even made me a coffee. I will definitely use this company again.
