Repairing your Nintendo Switch OLED charging port

Our engineers can remove the damaged or faulty charging port and replace it with a brand new replacement port.

Note
When the port itself is damaged and the ports pins shorted together, this can cause other internal IC's to blow on the motherboard.

If this is the case with your console, an engineer will contact you as there would be an extra £25 charge to cover the motherboard repair.

This repair is will bring your Nintendo Switch back to life, ensuring your Switch charges correctly.

*** Note ***

• If, upon inspection, our engineer determines that a damaged port has also caused track damage to the console’s motherboard, an additional £30 charge will apply to cover the necessary track repair.
  
  
• In cases where the motherboard damage is found to be severe, we cannot guarantee that the console will function correctly in the dock after repair.
  
  If a repair is unsuccessful due to the motherboard damage being too extensive, a £30 fee will be charged to cover the time spent attempting to replace the port and repair the motherboard damage.
  
  This £30 fee will be deducted from the initial repair fee already paid if we have to refund you due to not being able to repair your console.
