I did try a company before this one and I think they did more damage an I sent it in with consolewizard.co.uk is amazing they contacted me and told me exactly what happened and reinsurer me they can fix it there was many screws missing that they replaced for me so happy with my repair thank you so much £60 for this repair was so much better than a prise of a new switch

Great Repair Time & Customer Service

I had purchased a "working" switch off ebay that turned out to have faulty joycons and a sd card slot. The ebay seller (and ebay) refused to refund me so I tried to fix it myself, it looked like an easy job but i could not get the switch to recognise any replacement sd card reader i had purchased as, upon further investigation, i found that the female connector for the reader was missing a couple of pins. So I decided to look for someone who had a bit more expertise, I found a website offering sd card repairs for £100 and this website. I sent an email to make sure the people knew what my problem was and if they could fix it, I had a response back within 10-20 minutes saying it was possible, so I purchased the service and sent it out. From what I could tell from my parcel tracking and order updates, they had it in their hands for about 2-3 hours before they had repacked it up and sent it back to me. Either I fluffed up my repair, or these guys ARE wizards, either way I am very grateful for them for saving me from owning a £220 paperweight.

Had a switch which I thought was damaged beyond repair. Console Wizard repaired the switch, its like its brand new. All completed very quickly and even gave me a call to keep me updated. Will definitely use them again.
