    A lot faster than I was expecting

    Idk how much traffic they're receiving atm, but yeah they had it fix at lot sooner than I was expecting that they would have.
    Had my ps4 back a couple days now and everything seems to be back in working order.

    Sort of a minor issue in that they couldn't reach my phone number apparently, but whatever, they did it, diagnosed it and got it back to me in a couple days.

    Brilliant, no complaints

    Had bought a secondhand PS4 online that worked fine for about a month but then started suffering issues with lag and a noisy fan, particularly with more demanding games like Detroit: Become Human and Red Dead 2. Despite being based down South I sent my console in to these guys as the reviews were so good and having used them now I can see why. Shipping was all handled quickly, staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and didn't try to talk me into buying anything that didn't need doing.
    TLDR; console was fixed and returned to me quickly and professionally and now works perfectly, many thanks
