    Select this option if you are unsure what the problem is with your console.

    We will investigate the fault with your console using the latest diagnostic test equipment and fault finding techniques to identify the fault with your console.

    We will then telephone you with our findings and give you a break down of the cost to the repair your console.

    The inspection fee will be deducted from the repair price, making the inspection free if you proceed with the repair.


    If you decide not to proceed with the repair, then the console will be returned back to you with no extra charges.

    You only pay for the repair, when the work is completed and fully tested.

    We charge an inspection fee for Motherboard faults, this is due to the extended time required to fault find a motherboard component level problem.


    If we are unable to repair your console then the inspection fee is non refundable.

    If our engineers can repair your console, then the inspection fee is deducted from the actual repair fee.

    PS5 No Picture

    I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Console Wizard.
    Process was extremely easy, ordered the diagnostic option just in case it wasn't what I thought it was.
    Parcel collected when expected, once delivered the fault was diagnosed with an hour or so, repaired and console sent back the same day.
    Console received the following day back in fully working order.

    I would highly recommend these people A+++ service and customer service.

    Disc drive repair

    Had an issue with my disc drive, where my ps5 wouldn't read any game discs. Went looking around online and saw Console Wizard, rang them up and I was given clear instructions and help that was needed. Chose the delivery option to pick up the console from the house and be delivered back as well, delivery was quick and the package was handled very well. PS5 has returned today and is reading discs fine again thanks to the repair from this shop. Would recommend this site to people looking to repair their consoles for a fair price and within a quick timeframe!

    First Class PS5 Repair after Lightning strike - Don't go anywhere else - 5 stars!!

    What could be worse for a 14 year old boy than their PS5 is hit by lightening during a storm? We discovered this was not via the power lead or the network cable, no, it was the HDMI, so the power surge protector on the mains plug did not prevent this. The TV had been blown too.
    I called four different companies and received a range of responses usually diagnosing the power supply. These did not make sense to me as power was getting to the device, it just wasn't coming on fully.
    The only company that took great care to understand what had happened was Console Wizard. Mark accurately thought it was the HDMI encoder chip being hit by lightening. I packaged the console up and sent it to them using the easy system they have with Parcelforce. It took two weeks to fix because new chips were required. Then the hallelujah moment - it came back working perfectly again. One very happy 14 year old who had not lost any of his game progress.
    Brilliant service by Mark and colleagues. No other repairer came close to knowing what they needed to do! I definitely will use and recommend Console Wizard as the only place to go.
