I recently posted a reasonably long review of my great experience with Console Wizard on their Facebook page,
I'd like to add more praise, but it seems rather silly to type the same thing out all over again, so here i have copied the exact
same message that i wrote, Thanking them.

These are a great group of folks, polite, very friendly and just great sevice too. I'm so happy with them.
Story is: My Macbook Pro had a headphone channel go down, i wasn't sure how it happened, but deduction suggests it may have been caused possibly, by some backfed DC or something from a faulty 'amplified speaker'

*Just Before* i found Console Wizard however, i foolishly sent the Mac laptop to a local 'authorised Apple repair' centre.
Serves me right.
I knew my laptops audio fault was hardware, so i asked this local Apple repairer if they did *board level repair* they said 'Yes' so i expected them to repair the damaged component.
Two weeks later the local 'Apple Authorised centre* phoned me and said it was around a £400 pound motherboard replacement.
'No' I replied to the local *Apple authorised centre*
- and they charged me about £60 for not fixing it too.

After another afternoon of researching online and making several phone calls, I eventually decided upon and phoned 'Console Wizard' and right away i knew the Guy i was speaking with knew exactly what he was doing, it turned out he also watches Youtube Macbook repair guy 'Louis Rossmann' and then of course, i felt confident that these were the correct people.

It took a little while to get the replacement part - only because Apple are extremely awkward to deal with on that subject.
But, Console Wizard waved their magic wand, and when they told me they sourced the needed part - within a few days, - on the 23rd December, they phoned with the great news, and on the very next day, 24th December, christmas eve, an SMS arrived in the morning with my delivery time slot, and a little later the happy laptop arrived back home. Wonderful !

It was a no-stress experience too, through their website i arranged their courier to pick up the laptop from my door, a few messages back & forth and the laptop arrived back home less than 24 hours after they phoned to tell me it was fixed.

You rarely see such service like this much nowadays, seamless , friendly and knowledgable and extremely well priced are the things that set Console Wizard apart from the rest that i've seen and dealt with. Don't hesitate, 100% recommendation from me on every level, and they exceeded my expectations. Impressive.
Just in case You're wondering why such high praise, first - i don't work for them, i don't know them or know anyone who works for them, i've never been to their shop and i'm not shilling or anything,
It's just such a relief nowadays to find a decent and honourable company, so much so, that i felt motivated high to write such praise, especially after experiencing poor results with many *other* companies that i won't mention.
