I really don't know how I managed to damage my HDMI port but I did and I was getting the 'No signal' message when turning on my Xbox Series X.

I tried everything MS asked me to try but issue remained.

I sent my Xbox to Console Wizard on the Thursday and after speaking to the very friendly team, they replaced the HDMI port and returned the Xbox within 2 working days.

Fantastic service and I will only be using Console Wizard in future should I have any further issues. 5 star service
