    Select this option if you are unsure what the problem is with your console.

    We will investigate the fault with your console using the latest diagnostic test equipment and fault finding techniques to identify the fault with your console.

    We will then telephone you with our findings and give you a break down of the cost to the repair your console.

    The inspection fee will be deducted from the repair price, making the inspection free if you proceed with the repair.


    If you decide not to proceed with the repair, then the console will be returned back to you with no extra charges.


    You only pay for the repair, when the work is completed and fully tested.

    Number of errors

    A diagnostic test reported 3 errors and all have been fixed and the PS3 is back in fully working order

    Great repair

    I have a launch 60gb PS3 that developed a fault about 5 years ago. It would flash yellow and turn off. Some times you got 30 seconds other times a few minutes. There was no clear fault. So I sent the unit in for a diagnostic. It took around 4 weeks for them to come back and say it had 2 faults but they fixed it and offered 10% off the fix repair in addition to the deduction of the fault diagnosis. PS3 came back swiftly and after a day of testing seems to be fine. I didn't have high hopes that they'd be able to fix it but they did and can't fault them. Would use again.

    Fantastic service from Mark and the team, a very very knowledgeable company who know their products and don't charge insane amounts for the service rendered. Upon inquiring, I was walked through the reason for the fault of my PS3 and how it would repaired, these guys offer fantastic service, care about their customers, and I cannot recommend them enough.
