    Select this option if you are unsure what the problem is with your console.

    We will investigate the fault with your console using the latest diagnostic test equipment and fault finding techniques to identify the fault with your console.

    We will then telephone you with our findings and give you a break down of the cost to the repair your console.

    The inspection fee will be deducted from the repair price, making the inspection free if you proceed with the repair.


    If you decide not to proceed with the repair, then the console will be returned back to you with no extra charges.


    You only pay for the repair, when the work is completed and fully tested.

    Great Service

    My PS3 abruptly stopped working and would only give a flashing red light. I sent it off to Console Wizard for a diagnosis and they were very friendly and responsive every step of the way. Despite their best efforts, my system was, unfortunately, too far gone for them to be able to repair. Nevertheless, I am very grateful for the time and effort they put in attempting to fix it. I would definitely send any future systems in need of repair to Console Wizard!

    If you ever need anything fixing, look no further than Console Wizard!

    A pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
    Honest, hard-working, and above all else, determined.

    My phat PS3 caused a lot of problems; Firstly with faulty capacitors on the CPU rather than the GPU (as is often the case), Followed by another, completely separate problem, which unfortunately cropped up just days after getting the console back.

    In both instances, Mark was rigorously thorough at fault finding where others would have likely given up. He took the console back on warranty without delay and got straight back to work fixing it. I got the impression he cared about keeping these old consoles around just as much as his customers and he kept me informed every step of the way.
    He managed to bring my console back from the brink twice, as I never doubted he would and I’ll be sure to go back to Console Wizard again in the future if I ever need anything fixing.

    Thanks for your hard guys, looking forward to finally playing some games!

    Original PS3 back in working order

    I purchased an original PS3 on eBay (BC with PS2) which started to run into problems a few months after I purchased it. I honestly thought I was going to have to write it off but I found Console Wizard through Google and after reading the reviews I thought it was worth a shot. I sent my PS3 using the fault diagnose option on a Saturday and by Wednesday I was called by the team who made aware of the issue and the cost in order to fix it. I got the console back on the Friday and I could not be happier as the console is working again and I recommend this service 100% cheers console wizard!
