    We will investigate the fault with your console using the latest diagnostic test equipment and fault finding techniques to identify the fault with your console.

    We will then telephone you with our findings and give you a break down of the cost to the repair your console.

    The inspection fee will be deducted from the repair price, making the inspection free if you proceed with the repair.


    If you decide not to proceed with the repair, then the console will be returned back to you with no extra charges.


    You only pay for the repair, when the work is completed and fully tested.

    I found Console Wizard through Google, as soon as i read through their website i was sure they were the right company for me. Console Wizard are an outstanding company, from my first contact until my PS3 was returned to me took only three days. It was so easy, my item was picked up from the door, delivered to CW, they diagnosed the fault, rang me discussed the problem, i gave the go ahead and it was fixed and returned.     Console Wizard were very efficient and clearly explained the problem to me over the phone. My options were carefully explained and once I had decided what I wanted to do they were quick in repairing the console and getting it back to me. I would use them again.

    60gb PS3 1st YLOD. After Console Doctor said they could not fix my console I spoke with Console Wizard. Mark was very comprehensive in his explanation about why the repair might not have succeeded. Console wizard said they could have a look. Unfortunately they prognosis was the same, the main CPU seemed faulty and the console could not be repaired. Console wizard did not report any foul play from Console Doctor, not obvious anyway. The feed back was again comprehensive from Console Wizard. The only option is to replace the whole main board with a new CPU and GCPU, hence losing all the data. In a nutshell I was happy with service but disappointed with the outcome. Note: The original packaging was used with additional bubble packaging inside, yet the thick internal cardboard support have completely cracked. The box would have been dropped to cause such damage. Console Wizard - please have a word with parcel force or perhaps use a different courier. Thanks.
