Apple MacBook Air Diagnosis & Inspection Service
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple MacBook Air? If the fault you're experiencing isn't listed on our website, our MacBook Air Diagnosis & Inspection Service is the perfect solution.
Once your MacBook Air arrives at our workshop, one of our experienced engineers will carry out a comprehensive diagnostic inspection to identify the exact cause of the fault. This includes hardware testing, software diagnostics and, where necessary, component-level investigation to determine why your MacBook Air is not functioning correctly.
After the diagnosis has been completed, we will contact you with a full explanation of the fault, discuss the recommended repair, and provide a no-obligation repair quotation. No repair work will be carried out without your approval.
If you decide to proceed with the repair, the £20 diagnostic fee will be deducted from the final repair cost. This means you only pay the quoted repair price, with the diagnostic charge credited towards the total.
Our engineers regularly diagnose faults including:
- MacBook Air not powering on
- Liquid damaged MacBook Air
- Charging and battery faults
- Screen and display issues
- Keyboard and trackpad problems
- macOS boot failures and software issues
- Random freezing, crashing or restarting
- Logic board and component-level faults
- Any other unknown or intermittent fault
Our diagnosis service removes the guesswork by accurately identifying the problem before any repair work begins, ensuring you receive the most cost-effective repair solution.
