COLLECTIONS & DELIVERIES

Console Wizard has a number of different collection and delivery options available to our customers based in the United Kingdom.

These costs are either

Collect + - £13.50

(England, Wales and Scotland - Excluding Highlands and Islands) - but our website will give exact cost depending on your address.

This service uses Collect Plus to ship your item to our premises. This takes 3-5 working days, but allow you to drop your item at a local Drop off point 7 days a week, up to 22:00pm. Then we ship your item a back to the address you specify when ordering using the Parcel Force 24 service.

Parcel Force 24 - Post Office Drop off and Parcel Force 24 delivery to your address (£14.95)

(England, Wales and Scotland - Excluding Highlands and Islands) - but our website will give exact cost depending on your address.

This service uses the Parcel Force 24 option on both journeys. But the customer drops off the boxed item at their local Post Office and then its delivered back to your address by Parcel Force 24 (Monday - Friday).

You must be able to print and apply the shipping label that we will email you to the box of your faulty item, this then enables you to drop the box at your local Post Office.


Parcel Force 24 - £19.99

(England, Wales and Scotland - Excluding Highlands and Islands) - but our website will give exact cost depending on your address.

This service uses the Parcel Force 24 option on both journeys.

Collect +

If you select this service, you are required to box your faulty item, ensuring that it is well packaged to protect your item during the transportation. The maximum weight is upto 10kg and the box is no larger than an aircraft cabin sized suitcase.

Console Wizard will email you a shipping label, this needs to be stuck to the box and then you will need to find the Collect+ drop off point in your geographic area. This can be found be looking on the collect + website

Your item can be dropped off seven days a week and up to 10pm (this depends on the drop off points opening hours).

The parcel will take 3 - 5 working days to reach us. We will then carry out the repair and then ship your item back to you via the Parcel Force 24 service. This is a Monday - Friday service and will be delivered back to the address you specify when placing your order online.

Your item must be boxed and well packaged to ensure it arrives safe and sound at our premises.

Parcel Force 24

We offer different Parcel Force options for our customers

Parcel Force 24 - Post Office Drop Off and Parcel Force 24 Delivery back to your address (Monday - Friday)

This is the most cost effect postal option we offer for our customers, this is also ideal for customers that are unable to wait in for Parcel Force to collect from their address.

This service enables a customer to drop off their faulty equipment at their local Post Office, this is a Next working day delivery (Monday - Friday) to our premises and Next working Day (Monday - Friday) back to your address listed on your order.

You must be able to print and apply the shipping label that we will email you to the box of your faulty item, this then enables you to drop the box at your local Post Office.

This is ideal for small or single items and multiple items as the total weight can be upto 27kg

, so it is ideal for customers with a number of items for repair as they can be packaged within the same box to keep shipping costs down. But also where a quick turnaround is crucial.

All the shipments are fully insured and fully trackable online via www.parcelforce.com

Parcel Force Service (UK Collection - Delivery) -  (Next Day Monday - Friday)

This is ideal for small or single items and multiple items as the total weight can be upto 27kg, so it is ideal for customers with a number of items for repair as they can be packaged within the same box to keep shipping costs down. But also where a quick turnaround is crucial.

To send your item to Console Wizard you will need to box up your faulty item, ensuring its well packaged within the box to keep your item safe during transit. You will also need to print off or write your details and place these inside the box with your faulty item.

The Parcel Force collection driver will bring the shipping labels for your item, so an external address on box is not required.

This is a next day service on either collections or deliveries (Monday - Friday)

Collections and Deliveries are made Monday - Friday and between 09:00 - 18:00.

You select the day you would like to collect your faulty console, this is done in part 4 of our order process.

If you place the order before 11:am, we will be able to arrange the collection for the same day.

Your item must be boxed and well packaged to ensure it arrives safe and sound at our premises.

Delivery only option

This is if you decide to ship your console to us using your own shipping company, we will return your console after the repair using Parcel Force 24 , delivery is Monday - Friday.

This service costs £9.50 for England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands)

This service costs £12.00 for Scottish Highlands and Islands

This service costs £25.00 for Northern Ireland on a 48 hour service

This service costs £40.00 for Isle of Man and Scilly.
