Console Wizard Warranty Repairs

At Console Wizard, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship.

All repairs are supplied with a 3-month repair warranty, giving you complete peace of mind.

If the same fault that we originally repaired reoccurs during the applicable warranty period, our engineers will inspect your equipment and, where the issue is confirmed to be covered under our warranty, carry out the repair at no additional labour charge.

Please note that our warranty covers the original fault repaired only and does not extend to accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, software-related issues, or unrelated faults that develop after the original repair.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning equipment to Console Wizard for warranty assessment, after the first seven days of delivery back to you.

However, we offer discounted return shipping options to help keep these costs as low as possible.

Your repair warranty begins on the date the original repair was completed and is not renewed or extended following any warranty repair carried out during the warranty period.
