    The inspection fee is charged due to the work involved in cleaning the liquid damage from inside the console and the corrosion to the main board, etc before a repair can be carried out.

    This fee is no refunded if we cannot repair your console.

    Any repair required + parts will be quoted to you after the engineers have looked at your console.

    Above and Beyond Service

    I sent in a Switch Lite after my daughter got energy drink all over it. Sent it in to Console Wizard without much hope and after 3 weeks (I admit I got a little impatient, sorry!) they informed me they needed to replace the motherboard as it was pretty badly damaged. It only cost me £100 and I haven't even lost any save data! My switch was repaired and shipped back to me the same day and I'm due to get it back on Monday. Very happy with the service and how hard they try to find a fix. Extremely qualified, professional and would highly recommend.
