    There are a number of different DVD drives fitted into the Slim Xbox 360, if you MFR date is August 2011 and later, then chances are you will have a Lite on 1175 or Lite on 1532 drive.

    Before you purchase this service, you must check the MFR date of your console, this is displayed on a label at the rear of the console.

    If your console has an MFR date of  August 2011 or above then it will have a Lite On 1175 or Lite on 1532 drive. This service costs £80.00 and can be purchased on this site.

    If you console is found to have either a Lite on 1175 or 1532 then you will be contacted and invoiced for the extra amount if this service is still required.

    Slim Xbox 360 Flashing

    I contacted Console Wizard on thursday 2062019 about flashing my xbox 360 and they said, yes they still do it so i ordered that service the same day. I got an email on friday 2162019 to say they had received my console, so i was happy about that. On the monday the 24th they emailed me to say it was done and ready for dispatch in one working day. I received my console on tuesday 25th just before 10am. What can i say, the service they supply was very quick and painless. I put a copied 360 game into the cd tray and it booted up no problem, i tried further xbox cd's and all booted up no problem. I sent my xbox 360 to Console Wizard myself via parcel force next day signed for, i believe you can have them pick up your console but i decided to send it myself. All i will say is, if you are apprehensive about flashing your xbox then do not worry, they will take care of you. They are very good at communicating and reassuring you of the services they provide so go for it. I will defiantly use Console Wizard again and would not hesitate to recommend them for all your console needs. Thank you very much Console Wizard for doing this for me
