    We can repair this fault under our fixed price repair fee.

    We will replace the faulty laser unit with a brand new Manufacturers original laser.

    This is like fitting a brand new DVD drive at a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole drive.

    We also give your console a full service

    Efficient and quick service. Fixed the problem as stated.

    Efficient service. Quicker turnaround than I expected. I posted the xbox on Wednesday evening (7pm) and got it back Thursday a week later, all done! I think they only had the xbox for 24 hours before sending it back. Pleased with the quick service, and the error was fixed.

    Excellent and fast

    Thanks to Console Wizard for speedy repair of my son's 360. The only thing I would have liked is a note confirming that the suspected fault was what we thought, but perhaps if it hadn't been that, we would have been notified. Apart from that, the service was excellent and very quick. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
