Superfast Repair

Had my orginal 60gb PS3 inactive due to YLOD for a few years now. Decided to give these guys a go as there reviews were all positive and unlike another online competitor who fixed the problem for exactly the same price, they only offered a 1 month warranty on the repair where Console Wizard provided a 3 month warranty. I shipped it off to them, had to email them for the courier label though as it didn't get sent to me automatically. Dropped the parcel off at a post office. The console was received, repaired and ship back out to me all in the SAME day !. Myself and my son are thoroughly impressed by the job done and are really enjoying playing on the original PS3 again. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish

I found Console Wizard online when I was looking for a repairer for my PS3. Their website was very informative and described the most frequent faults that consoles can develop as they get older.
I was able to identify the likely problem from their information - the YLOD.
The service provided by Console Wizard is exemplary. I cannot rate them highly enough. I used their Parcel Force Express 24 hour service. I took my packaged console to my local Post Office on a Monday afternoon and was able to track the package to Console Wizard where it arrived on Tuesday.
By Friday my PS3 had been repaired and shipped back to me arriving on Friday morning. Console Wizard sent me regular updates during the process.
Their service is excellent in every way and exactly as they describe on their website. Thank you so much, my PS3 is working like new.
