    PS5 Playstation 5 Keeps Shutting down repair

    If your PS5 overheats, the PS5 console will just shutdown without any warning.

    Due to the high heat generated by the Main Chip (APU - CPU / Graphics Processor) on the consoles motherboard, if this chip overheats then your console will shut down to  protect itself.

    This is indicating your console is overheating.

    The repair involves
    • Stripping down your PS5 Console
    • Cleaning the original Liquid Metal thermal compound from the APU chip and replace this with brand new High Performance Liquid Metal thermal compound.
    • Replace the internal Thermal strips inside the console.

    ** Note **

    If the problem is a more serious motherboard issue, then we would contact you once our engineers have diagnosed the problem.

    Ps5 keeps shutting downl! Fixed quickly and professionally!

    I called these guys and was helped instantly, answered all the questions I asked, so helpful and to know postage is all insured was a weight off my mind, got my ps5 back and it works like a dream, also got fixed very quickly, thought I’d be waiting weeks, was like two days!     Problem with PS5 crashing

    We had an issue with my sons PS5 constantly crashing and tried a number of local 'specialists' who were unable to assist in resolving.

    Found Console Wizard via a Google search and glad we found them, excellent and quick service which completely resolved the problem just as we were about to purchase a replacement.

    PS5 Kept shutting down!

    My son’s playstation kept turning off mid game. I contacted Playstation, and they wanted £250. to send a reconditioned playstation that was only months out of warranty! No thanks.
    I found Console Wizard online, and checked out the company. I placed the repair order, which was straight forward, and had great communication regarding postal.
    I sent it on the Tuesday, and me son was back playing on it by Friday. Excellent service. Would 100% recommend Console Wizard.
