    Our engineers can remove the damaged or faulty charging port and replace it with a brand new replacement port.

    Note
    When the port itself is damaged and the ports pins shorted together, this can cause other internal IC's to blow on the motherboard.

    If this is the case with your console, an engineer will contact you as there would be an extra £25 charge to cover the motherboard repair.

    Nintendo switch lite charging port and motherboard chip

    After reading great reviews I chose Console Wizard to check and repair my sons Nintendo switch lite, which had stopped charging. The process to ship the item was easy to follow and the communication from console wizard was great as they informed me of what the damage was and what needed to be replaced before taking any further payments. The repair turnaround was quick and I'm very happy with the service. I would highly recommend from my experience and have since sent in my other sons ipad for investigation due to poor charging.

    Great customer service

    This is my 2nd repair by console wizards and I will admit there customer service is 2nd to none.

    I only reduce a star as this is my 1st time sending my console in rather then dropping it off in store.

    My only complaint is the delivery method, a confirmation that my item had been recieved or a tracking number for its return would have been preferred.

    As of yet I haven't received my console back but with how delicately they handled my last console, I have no doubts the repair has been completed to a very high standard.
