Very fast diagnosis and repair, great and speedy communication and reasonable prices. My ps3 was repaired in no time and shipped back with exceptional speed

I took my PS5 to another shop with a damaged HDMI port after my son tripped on the cable.
The other shop had my console for two weeks and then said it was not fixable as the Graphics card was also faulty.
Thank god I found Console Wizard on a Google search, they fixed my PS5 the same day.
Amazing company, friendly staff, I will only be coming here in future.

My Nintendo Switch was making an awful noise and the fan had got to the point it was going to fully stop working soon.

Was nervous about sending it away but I didn't need to be. I was kept updated with progress and it was turned around quickly. We'll packed upon return to me and now the fan is back to a quite hum. Would use Console Wizarda again.

Personally it would have been nice to be able to choose the quality of replacement parts, I.e. perhaps a 'cheaper' option and a 'premium' option to cater for those who want to pay less and those who want a high quality replacement.
